***Please Note: All participants do not enter the parade route at 12:30PM, please expect some wait
time. AADP can not provide water or snacks for participants so we encourage all groups to do so.

Contact person should sign-in with Block Coordinator on who will have on an orange AADP Volunteer t-
shirt. The lineup is first come first serve (excluding music acts), so properly checking in with your block
coordinator upon arrival is imperative.
If you are unsure, have additional questions or if there is a last minute change AADP Information
Tent is located on the corner of 111th and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd (uptown side).If visiting tent
please do not send more than one representative.
We will carry a banner to represent the organization.
Please wear a blue top or shirt. We are very excited to meet, greet and walk together at this time.

MCMS Meeting and Scholarship Fundraiser
Dear MCMS members and supporters,
Please join us next week for the MCMS scholarship fundraiser on Thursday April 20th at 6:30-9:30 pm at Chocolate, 2217 Frederick Douglass Blvd, New York, NY 10026.

Thank you to those who have already donated! The ticket price is $45 in advance and $50 at the door. Please help us surpass our previous fundraising amount of $7000! If you are unable to attend, kindly consider donating a ticket to sponsor a medical student to attend.
Since 2014, we have provided funds, administered via the National Medical Fellowships (NMF), for an African-American student attending medical school in New York State.
If you are a pre-med or medical student and wish to attend, please contact us separately so that we can find a sponsor for your ticket.
